Last updated: June 15, 2026

This Policy explains which cookies and storage technologies we use in Entrena+ (entrenaplus.com and the app) and how to control them. Controller: Stephanie Sarria — Gran Vía Asima 20, 07009 Palma de Mallorca, Spain — hola@entrenaplus.com.

Analytics cookies are only enabled with your consent. Essential ones are required for the service to work and need no consent.

1. What a cookie is (and local storage)

A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser. We also use local storage (localStorage), a similar technology, to remember your session and preferences on the device itself, without sending them to third parties.

We group usage into two categories: essential (always on) and analytics (optional, with your permission).

4. How to manage your consent

You can accept, reject or configure analytics cookies at any time from the app’s cookie banner. Your choice is saved and respected until you change it. Until you consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookie is set (Consent Mode v2).

5. Browser controls

Your browser also lets you block or delete cookies and local storage. Note that blocking essential ones may prevent sign-in. More on Google Analytics opt-out: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
